SANTA PAULA, CA - BendPak's historic growth rate has seen double-digits for over a decade.
This is a respectable number, well above the growth rate of the broader economy. But to
maintain this unprecedented growth we realize that it's crucial to solidify our logistics and
support capabilities. Today we are focusing our strengths on our broad capability in technology
and services and have enhanced our approach to customers around the world through
commercial and technology excellence. We realize that technology is the foundation of
BendPak's future growth.

This past year we have invested considerably more in technology than we did in previous
years and have allocated funding for further expansion evident of growing consumer demand.
We have a rich pipeline of new products to choose from to further enhance our focus on
customer attention.

Is continued double-digit growth too lofty an aspiration? We are in markets that are growing
faster than the overall economy. We have robust initiatives in services and globalization that
represent a substantial portion of our growth model. Our technical pipeline and our approach
to customers have great momentum. We have a series of new product introductions just
around the corner that are fully funded and ready to roll-out. Most importantly, in the last two
years, we have developed and implemented a BendPak vision of growth that we are
passionate about.
