BENDPAK INC. / RANGER PRODUCTS, SANTA PAULA, CA ? February 5, 2002 - After more than four years of planning,
construction has begun here on a new $4.5 million expansion that will almost double the size of their current
warehouse and administrative capacity.

Construction began the first day of the New Year, 2002 along Lemonwood Drive, adjacent to their existing
facility on a separate 4-acre parcel, purchased in the early stages of the new development. The new expansion
consisting mainly of warehouse space for their expanding Ranger Products line will also include additional
offices and a training facility. The new building is scheduled to be complete by the spring of 2002.

"Our new expansion is a tremendous undertaking and should be completed just in time to accommodate our
growth," said Don Henthorn, President of BendPak / Ranger. "We are excited about this project as we finally
move from plans and blueprints to construction."

BendPak / Ranger moved to Santa Paula, California in 1995 from Moorpark, California to accommodate growth
the company has seen for more than a decade.
