How do I calculate the total cost of my order?
The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your items, plus shipping cost (if any), plus sales tax for orders shipped to California. California residents must pay applicable sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt customer in California, please send us a copy of your tax exemption certificate. A printable resale certificate is available at http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/reg1668.pdf.
How long does it take to receive my order when sending a check or money order?
An order placed with a check or money order will take approximately two to three weeks for delivery.
How long will it take for my Internet order to be processed?
Orders placed before 11 AM Pacific Time will be processed that day, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Orders placed after 11 AM Pacific Time will be processed the following day, excluding Friday and Saturday.
Do you offer C.O.D.?
No, we do not offer C.O.D payments.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
You can call in your credit card information, for online orders if you feel uncomfortable providing personal information online.
Qualifying business customers can charge purchases to their open account if an account has been set-up.
You can mail a check or money order, in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank with your order if you do not want to use a credit card.

C.O.D. terms are not available.

When I enter my personal information and credit card number over the Internet, is your site secure?
You can rest assure that the information transmitted to us over the Internet remains secure. Our processing servers incorporate fully encrypted software devises to maintain safe, trouble-free transactions. Because all credit card information transmitted to us online is encrypted in transit, any information intercepted by unauthorized parties would be useless. Using your credit card to shop online is actually safer than using your credit card at your local restaurant or convenience store. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time the item(s) are shipped.
How do I estimate my shipping charges?
  • All new product orders will be shipped prepaid anywhere in the continental United States.For all parts orders less than $1000.00, applicable freight charges will be added to your order.
  • For orders outside the continental US, please contact our international freight department for special rates. Tel:1-805-933-9970 Fax:1-805-933-9160.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to unload the freight at their location. Bend-Pak / Ranger will take no responsibility for additional charges of any kind that may incur related to, or involved with, the renting or acquisition of equipment of any kind necessary to unload items off of a delivering carrier's truck. An additional $40.00 will apply to all residential deliveries of heavy-equipment. For lift-gate service, add $135.00.

Expected Delivery Times for Credit Approved In Stock Orders

Parcel Post: 10-14 business days
Parcel Post to Alaska and Hawaii: 30 business days
UPS Ground: 7-10 business days
UPS Second Day: 3-5 business days

Truck Freight: 7-10 business days
Specialty Items: Lead times for specialty items will vary but typically you should allow for up to 4 weeks.
If I have an item shipped by truck freight is the driver responsible for unloading the merchandise?
No, truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. The carrier will call and schedule the delivery when you'll have unloading help on hand.

When can a trace be initiated on my shipment?
Parcel Post - 14 working days after ship date.
UPS - 10 working days after ship date.
Truck Freight - 10 working days after ship date.
How will I know when Temporarily Backordered items in my order will be shipped?
All temporarily backordered items go on a back order status. You will not be charged for the temporarily backordered item(s) or it's shipping costs until the item(s) have shipped. Ranger does not contact you when these items have shipped. You may contact our Customer Service department at 1-805-933-9970, for inquiries.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, Bend-Pak / Ranger ships to customers all over the world every day. Just place your order and we will contact you with available shipping options. You can also call 1-805-933-9970 for rates or email our export sales desk at exportsales@bendpak.com.
Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

How long do backordered items take to ship?
It depends on the item. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are contstantly monitoring our stock levels and receiving shipments at our distribution centers.
Do you sell replacement parts for different products?
Many replacement parts can be ordered through our order desk for most products we sell. If we do not sell a particular service or replacement part we can put in you in touch with the manufacturer for that item. Who do I contact to get my new lift installed?
